Take a look at the Quality of construction

2" x 4" and 2" x 6" framing. All floors and sidewalls are on 16" centers. Under the floor studs we have 4" x 4" or 5" x 5" treated runners. Most models come standard with double doors and vents. Double studded around doors and in corners. We also use top plates and bottom plates on all our walls.

Check out the quality of lumber that we use. It's clean and not full of bark or split. Look at the top grade flooring. It doesn't have a bunch of loose knot holes that can fall out.
